Monthly View

  • Data Harvest and diagnosis. Highwater audits how your time and your team's time is actually spent. Focus Zone is identified. The Operating Rhythm is drafted. Decision Zones are mapped.

  • Installation. Systems go in. The team learns the rhythm. Highwater stress-tests thinking with you, surfaces what is not being said, and begins working on the cultural or relational friction if it is present.

  • Durability and handoff. The systems are running. The team is moving. Highwater tests what holds without intervention, tightens what does not, and closes with an ROI review that shows what you were able to do because the structure exists.

TWO FORMATS

$17,500 to $20,000 per month. For when the problems are cultural or relational. When trust has broken down or the team has stopped hearing the founder's voice, Highwater needs to be physically present. A camera lens cannot capture what on-site observation can.
